Julien’s Auctions returns to the Big Apple for the music memorabilia auction of the year at the Hard Rock Café in Times Square on May 18, 2013. Join us in person and on line for an incomparable auction of items from The Beatles, Elvis Presley, Jimi Hendrix, Madonna, David Cassidy, and all of the icons of music past and present.
Highlights include a John Lennon owned Vox custom guitar known to have been played by both John Lennon and George Harrison. The guitar was gifted to Lennon’s one-time guru “Magic Alex” Madras. This auction holds something for every Beatles fan.
Julien’s has assembled an extensive collection of Elvis Presley items that will be offered for sale. Among them personal clothing, signed pieces, as well as Elvis Presley’s personal and gifted jewelry. Also a Bill Belew cape designed for Presley’s Aloha from Hawaii performance that was created in collaboration with Elvis and an Aloha from Hawaii prototype belt.
Michael Jackson’s gifts to fans are offered, including: a signed pillow thrown from a Paris hotel room window, a stage worn “Smooth Criminal” style hat gifted to a back stage guest, and a signed “Beat It” style jacket given to a Neverland visitor, to name just a few.

@Les: You can register to bid at the auction to get on the auction floor-remember to get the take away catalogue before you sit down (they run out) and add to your MJ memorabila collection. I will register online to bid as they are streaming the auction live. (I always register for the MJ auctions to participate online-so fun!)
Also, Julien's has an 'exhibition' period before bidding begins for everyone to view the lots-get up close girl!
