Crypt for a 'King' on auction block

Forest Hill Cemetery in Memphis will be placing the crypt where rock legend Elvis Presley was briefly interred up for auction as part of a two day "Music Icons" memorabilia sale held by Julien's Auctions on June 23-24, 2013.
Presley was placed in the crypt for about two months while his father Vernon sought permission from the state of Tennessee to have him buried on the grounds of Graceland. The crypt has been empty since the body of Elvis was moved.
The starting bid for the crypt is said to be $100,000 and includes a memorial inscription, use of the chapel for a service and the opening and closing of the vault. There will be other Elvis memorabilia auctioned off including clothing, jewelery, autographed merchandise and costumes from the movie "Aloha from Hawaii."
The "Music Icons" auction will have items from The Beatles including a custom made Vox guitar and other interesting and unusual items. There will be items from Michael Jackson, David Cassidy, the Grateful Dead, Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Madonna, Lady Gaga and many others.
