Pop star manager’s family now in compliance with court order By DEANNE JOHNSON

The widow and daughter of the late pop star Michael Jackson's former manager have been purged of their previous contempt of court.
Two judgment entries filed this week by Judge Scott Washam noted Linda and Belinda Dileo are now in compliance with the court's order on July 3 forcing them to turn over a laptop and cell phone. The items were the working property of Frank Dileo, who served a Jackson's manager earlier in his career and was assisting with the "This is It Tour" Jackson was preparing to launch at the time of his death in 2009. Frank Dileo, who lived outside Wellsville, died in 2011.
The items were already returned to Linda and Belinda Dileo at a court hearing on July 10, but Washam waited to decide whether his previous findings of contempt of court would be lifted. At the time, Washam said he wanted to wait until the 40,000 emails on the laptop and other data obtained had been analyzed.
Katherine Jackson, the pop star's mother, and the children of Michael Jackson had been seeking the information contained in the laptop and cellphone reportedly in connection with their civil lawsuit in Los Angeles. The laptop and cellphone or phones of Frank Dileo were reportedly being sought in hopes of finding emails or documents related to Jackson's health between Jan. 1, 2009 and June 25, 2009 - the date of his death.
Katherine Jackson and the children filed the lawsuit against entertainment giant AEG Live, claiming the group had some responsibility in Jackson's death. The case continued on Friday with his former doctor, Dr. Scott Saunders, who treated him from 1998 through 2003 testifying, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The Dileos had at first refused to turn the items over. During the course of court hearings, they were assured the information contained in them would not be damaged, and the person reviewing them signed a non-disclosure agreement.
