Judge didn't immediately rule on Jackson family's motion for new trial on AEG Live case, but issued a tentative ruling to deny it.

Personal note: This is not a denial. This is a tentative ruling only.

This type of motion goes to the trial judge first. Next step will be to the CA 2nd District Court of Appeal.
