The 'Annoying So Called Pop Stars' News Thread
First topic message reminder :
I decided to start this OT thread for all the annoying news stories related to these people after I heard today about Beyonce lip syncing yesterday.at Obama's inauguration.
So to start this off here is the news on Beyonce faking her way through:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And since Gaga has MJ fans po'd of late-I thought a little truth on her was in order:
Seems Beiber isn't the only "star?" who loses his lunch on stage - here is Gaga vid and article with her doing a bit of the same which when she launched her beans all over the stage - what?? Her voice was still being heard by her fans at this show when they could see she was "in the act of proving she was sick" (so could not possible be REALLY singing)
So What's this? Gaga sells tickets to people for a live performance but is really a fake and lip syncs her way around when dancing at the same time proves to be too much? Wow!! Poor little monsters. Mama Gaga lies-go figure.
I must say, as much as I can't stand her for what she's done lately and the disrespect she's shown towards MJ, she is probably one of about 2 or 3 artists of today that actually has talent. I just can't get past what she's done though, do it to some other fan-base, leave Michael out of it already gaga.
Re: The 'Annoying So Called Pop Stars' News Thread
this thread is pretty funny. And I agree with many. But I for one would appreciate not ever hearing these names again "Kimye" or hear the names Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. I think if I hear their names one more time I will lose my mind. I don't get the fascination with these two ding-bats. Other names I never want to hear category: Justin Bieber, Beyonce (yes her), JZ, Chris Jenner, Chris Brown, and anyone associated with or has the name of kardashian, Wade the Liar, and last but not least CONRAD MURRAY. ENUF!
Here's another silly wazza star on the decline USING Michael to be relevant-in this case EPIC fail as in all other cases smh!
excerpt from a rag tabloid:
And in closing I will leave you with her horrendous rendition of Michael Jackson’s Billie Jean that she performed at her latest concert in Taiwan. Even she knew she did a horrible job because she tried to explain her odd performance – where she appears wasted and forgets the lyrics – with this tweet:
Something that annoyed me A LOT today: Obama gave Oprah Winfrey this:
excerpt:
Before the Arlington visit, Obama awarded Clinton and 15 other Americans the Presidential Medal of Freedom, created 50 years ago by President Kennedy. Other recipients included television legend Oprah Winfrey, country music artist Loretta Lynn, women's rights leader Gloria Steinem, [etc...]
UGH!!! That is the HIGHEST honor a President can bestow on an American. OK I get Clinton but Winfrey? EWWWWW!!!!
Miley Cyrus' House Burglarized Day Before 21st Birthday, No One at Home at Time
Miley Cyrus' House Burglarized Day Before 21st Birthday, No One at Home at Time
November 23, 2013
What a way to start the birthday weekend. Miley Cyrus' residence was burglarized on Friday, Nov. 22, the LAPD North Hollywood Community Police Station confirms to Us Weekly. It is currently an ongoing investigation and property was taken from her home.
The incident occurred sometime in the afternoon, but there were no injuries and nobody was home at the time.
"She's extremely upset and a lot of personal items were stolen," a source tells Us. "She's really shaken up about the whole thing."
The "We Can't Stop" singer isn't having the best birthday so far. Cyrus turns 21 today, and has been in the middle of gearing up to perform at the American Music Awards at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday night.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Note: MC is acting out too much and is another using MJ to further her own agenda, but nobody deserves to be robbed especially when it is from their own home. It's a scary violation. Hope they catch the thieves-they will likely post up her things on eBay or Craigslist-they all do.
Pop star Justin Bieber exits jail after DUI arrest
This police booking mug made available by the Miami Dade County Corrections Department shows pop star Justin Bieber, Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014. Bieber and singer Khalil were arrested for allegedly drag-racing on a Miami Beach Street. Police say Bieber has been charged with resisting arrest without violence in addition to drag racing and DUI. Police also say the singer told authorities he had consumed alcohol, smoked marijuana and taken prescription drugs. (AP Photo/Miami Dade County Jail)
MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (AP) - A sober-looking Justin Bieber was released from jail Thursday following his arrest on charges of driving under the influence, driving with an expired license and resisting arrest. Police say they stopped the 19-year-old pop star while he was drag-racing down a Miami Beach street before dawn.
Bieber was arrested after police said they saw him heading down a residential street in Miami Beach in a yellow Lamborghini at twice the speed limit. Officers say he had an expired license, was initially not cooperative when he was pulled over and smelled of alcohol.
Police say Bieber later admitted that he had been drinking, smoking marijuana and taking prescription medication. R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff was arrested in the same incident. He is charged with driving under the influence. Police said Khalil was driving a Ferrari.
Bieber and Khalil, wearing bright red jail fatigues, made their initial court appearance via a video link from jail. They remained silent while defense attorney Roy Black negotiated bond. Bieber's bond was set at $2,500. Khalil's bond was set at $1,000.
Black, a high-profile lawyer whose clients have included Rush Limbaugh and William Kennedy Smith, said he thought the case would proceed "hopefully as any other case would" in light of Bieber's celebrity status.
Authorities say Bieber was arrested after police saw him and Khalil racing two luxury vehicles down the street at 4:09 a.m., with two other vehicles apparently being used to block off the area. Police say Bieber was clocked at 55 mph to 60 mph in a 30 mph zone.
Earlier Thursday, police chief Ray Martinez said at a news conference that the singer was initially not cooperative when the officer pulled him over. Martinez said the singer also had an invalid Georgia driver's license and admitted to smoking marijuana, taking prescription medication and drinking.
According to the arrest report, Bieber "had slow deliberate movements" and a look of stupor on his face when the officer ordered him to exit his vehicle. Bieber was placed under arrest after repeatedly refusing to put his hands on his vehicle so the officer could pat him down to look for weapons, the report said. It says he cursed several times at the officer and demanded to know why he was being arrested.
Bieber failed a field sobriety test and was taken to the Miami Beach police station for a Breathalyzer, police said. Results haven't been released.
His publicist, Melissa Victor, did not offer an immediate comment.
The street where police say Bieber was racing in mid-Miami Beach is a four-lane residential street divided by a grass median dotted with palm trees. Along one side of the street are small apartment buildings, and on the other side are a high school, a youth center, a golf course and a city firehouse.
It's a short drive from the area to trendy South Beach, where celebrities are known to let loose. George Avilas, who lives nearby said he didn't hear anything, but was not surprised to hear that people might be drag-racing.
"There's so much partying in Miami Beach, it's been known to happen," he said. "It's 4 o'clock in the morning, everybody is just getting out of the bars."
Canadian-born Justin Bieber was only 15 when his platinum-selling debut "My World" was released. The singer from Ontario had placed second in a local singing contest two years earlier and began posting performances on YouTube, according to his official website. The videos caught the attention of a talent agent and eventually led to a recording contract.
He was positioned as clean-cut and charming - even singing for President Barack Obama and his family at Christmas - but problems began to multiply as he got older; Thursday's arrest is just the latest in a series of troubling incidents.
Bieber has been accused of wrongdoing in California, but has never been arrested or charged. He is currently under investigation in a felony vandalism case after a neighbor reported the pop star threw eggs at his house and caused thousands of dollars of damage.
A neighbor had previously accused Bieber of spitting in his face, and a paparazzo called deputies after he said Bieber kicked him, but prosecutors declined to file charges in either instance. He was also accused of reckless driving in his neighborhood, but in October prosecutors refused to seek charges because it was unclear whether Bieber was driving.
His arrest in Miami is unlikely to affect the current investigation, which included nearly a dozen detectives searching Bieber's home last week searching for video surveillance and other evidence that could be used to pursue a vandalism charge.
Bieber is also being sued by a former bodyguard who says the singer repeatedly berated him, hit him in the chest and owes him more than $420,000 in overtime and other wages. The case is scheduled to go to trial in Los Angeles next month.
Under Florida law, people under the age of 21 are considered driving under the influence if they have a blood-alcohol content of .02 percent or more - a level Bieber could reach with one drink.
For a first DUI offense, there is no minimum sentence and a maximum of six months, a fine of $250 to $500, and 50 hours of community service. For anyone under 21, there is an automatic six-month license suspension.
A first conviction for drag racing carries a sentence of up to six months, a fine of $500 to $1,000 and a one-year license suspension.
Bieber's arrival in Florida earlier this week also is under investigation. Authorities in the suburban Miami city of Opa-locka are investigating whether the singer was given a police escort when he landed Monday at the Opa-locka Executive Airport.
"The escort was unauthorized by police administration," Assistant City Manager David Chiverton said.
Police escorts from the airport are not uncommon, but they must follow procedure because they involve city vehicles, Chiverton said.
"There's a procedure," Chiverton said. "These things must be approved, there's a process."
The Florida arrest likely won't affect Bieber's immigration status.
According to U.S. immigration law, authorities do not revoke an individual's visa unless the person has been convicted of a violent crime or been sentenced to more than one year imprisonment.
Immigration attorney Ira Kurzban says neither driving under the influence nor driving without a license can make an individual eligible for deportation. Nor would either of those offenses keep Bieber from being readmitted into the U.S.
"He's not subject to deportation because of a DUI offense," said Kurzban, "nor is driving with an expired license a deportable offense."
Associated Press writers Jennifer Kay and Suzette Laboy in Miami, Tony Winton in Miami Beach and Anthony McCartney in Los Angeles contributed to this report.
He is 19 years old. He needs to take a year off and go back to Canada and lay low and behave his silly butt! He is not that talented and has nothing going on that is new music (as if I know LOL) and he hasn't been included in any award shows lately. I mean is he even going to be at the Grammy's? I don't think he is nominated for anything and from what I have seen isn't going to be there to perform. So yeah, bye boy.
Justin Bieber to be arraigned on Valentine’s Day following DUI arrest
Justin Bieber to be arraigned on Valentine’s Day following DUI arrest
THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
January 28, 2014,
The singer was arrested on January 23 on DUI and resisting arrest charges. He has been in Panama since the debacle.
Pop singer Justin Bieber has a Valentine's Day date with a South Florida judge on charges of DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license.
A Miami-Dade County judge on Tuesday set a Feb. 14 arraignment date for the 19-year-old star. In an arraignment, prosecutors formally file charges and a plea is entered, although a defendant's lawyer can enter the plea in writing. Bieber might not be required to attend.
Just heard on my local news: There is a quickly growing petition on the White House Petition site which is asking for Beiber to be deported back to Canada. (lol) It asks for a revocation of his visitor's visa. It looked like there are nearly 40,000 signatures already. I didn't go to the WH site to look-saw the page on the news story. #Byeber LMAO
The report also included a counter petition is now launched with boohoo about that petition is unfair to Justin - typical Belieber nonsense
Re: The 'Annoying So Called Pop Stars' News Thread
People are sick of this little punk acting like a thugger. He is proving what a jerk he is, no remorse for anything. Just arrogance and attitude. So it looks like it is about to get real in the courts.
Regarding the petition Looks like Pres O will have to address this issue. He will use it to try to stay relevant with all Bieber's fans, watch he will. He is losing so much ground with his "youth" base because they are figuring out that they forgot to ask the question "What change do you - Obama mean?" (when they voted for him for "that change")
Well they found out. He lies all the time anyway and they pretty much have his number now.
Like tonight he does the state of the union address and will just BS his way through it. smh
