Robson denied any abuse in the 2005 molestation trial against the pop star, contradicting testimony by a maid that told the court she saw Robson with Jackson in the shower.
A former choreographer for Britney Spears is reversing his prior adamant denials and accusing Michael Jackson of molesting him as a minor, a blockbuster court filing reveals.
Dancer Wade Robson, 30, is asking a Los Angeles judge for permission to file a late claim against the dead singer’s estate and an order to seal an “unfiled complaint for childhood sexual abuse,” a motion filed last Wednesday states.
Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for Jackson's estate, fired back at the accusations, telling the Daily News that Robson's claim is "outrageous and pathetic."
"This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him," Weitzman said. "Now, nearly four years after Michael has passed, this sad and less than credible claim has been made. We are confident that the court will see this for what it is."
Robson, an established choreographer and producer who’s also worked with Justin Timberlake and Demi Lovato, was a regular sleepover companion of the “Thriller” singer in the late '80s and early '90s after their meeting in Australia when he was just 5 years old.
She said she could make out the figures of Jackson and a “little kid” but couldn’t confirm they were touching due to the “cloudy” haze of steam.
She said it happened in 1989 or 1990, when Robson was about 8 years old.
“It never happened,” Robson testified in 2005.
In his new paperwork first reported by TMZ.com, Robson asks the judge handling Jackson’s estate to allow his late claim to proceed in a manner that protects his "privacy concerns."
Unidentified sources told TMZ that the new complaint details alleged abuse at the hands of Jackson.
The filing mentions involvement by Dr. David Arredondo, a famous child psychiatrist working in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Attempts to reach Robson and his lawyer were not immediately successful.
A lawyer for Jackson’s beloved mom was critical of the new claim late Tuesday.
“This is really absurd,” lawyer Perry Sanders told the Daily News.
Sanders said he spoke to Tom Mesereau, Michael’s criminal defense lawyer, and felt confident the claim was bogus.
“Look, his mom and sister were at the (molestation) trial and said it was absolutely ridiculous,” Sanders said.

Shortly after the motion hearing, the much anticipated first defense witness Wade J Robson took the stand. Robson, who is a 22 year old dancer and film director upon direct examination by defense attorney Tom Mesereau, denied ever being touched inappropriately or being molested by Jackson.
Mr. Robson, did Michael Jackson ever molest you at any time?” Mr. Mesereau.
“Absolutely not,” Robson said.
“Did he ever touch you in a sexual way?” asked the attorney.
“No, not ever,” said Robson.
“Did Michael Jackson ever touch your body inappropriately at any time?” asked Mesereau.
“No,” said Robson.
Robson testified that he had stayed at Jacksons Neverland ranch over 20 times and slept in his bedroom on many visits bar only about three to four times.
A former Jackson maid Blanca Francia, the mother of a boy who got a multimillion-dollar settlement from Jackson in the 1990s after accusing the star of molestation, testified previously that she once saw Jackson showering with Robson.
Robson said he had never showered with Jackson.
Asked what he did when he stayed in Jackson’s room, Robson said they played video games, watched movies and talked.
“We have pillow fights every now and again,” Robson said.
On cross-examination, Deputy District Attorney Ron Zonen attacked Robson’s story.
“What you’re really telling us is that nothing happened while you were awake,” the prosecutors said.
“I’m telling you nothing happened,” said the witness.
Asked if something might have happened while he was asleep, Robson said, “I think something like that would wake me up.”
Zonen then marched up to an unfaltering Robson at the witness stand carrying two books seized from Jacksons ranch in 1993. One book showed pictures of nude boys while the other showed men in sexual acts.
Zonen asked Robson to look at the book about boys and asked if he would be concerned about a person who owns such a book sharing a bed with a boy.
“No,” Robson said. “To me it’s not a pornographic book. It’s just a book.”
But when shown the book depicting men in sex acts, the witness appeared taken aback.
“Would you be concerned with a man who possesses that book crawling into bed with a 10-year-old boy?” Zonen asked.
Robson paused and said quietly, “Yes.”
Mesereau quickly countered, asking Robson if he would feel differently if he knew that Jackson also had a collection of 10 years’ worth of Playboy, Hustler and other heterosexual magazines.
Robson said he would feel differently and would no longer be concerned about it.
Mesereau also pointed to a woman in the courtroom and said, “Mr. Robson, that is your fiancee right there, correct?”
“Yes,” said the witness.
“You are heterosexual, correct?” Mesereau asked.
“Yes,” Robson said.
During the cross-examination, Robson acknowledged that Jackson helped him move from Australia to the United States in September 1991 and that he was grateful for the help.
