i agree with Howards Weitzman. i cannot believe this is actually happening, nothing happened and he knows it. he must just be having a false memory, thats all i can think of. Michael loved children and would NEVER do anything to hurt them, he said it himself. what year did WR meet Michael? i think sometime during the Bad era?

I hope his whole case falls apart in court and everyone sees what a lying sneak he is.

I'm appalled this case is going to trail. Poor Michael the man can't get any peace, it's terrible. MJ's poor children they've suffered more than enough, another travesty.

The case is not going to trial. That's a lie started in Australian media, and so far, it's stayed there. Even Wade's sister Chantal has tweeted that it's not true. The June 2014 hearing date is to determine if a late creditor's claim will be allowed.

Wade's attorney should be censured. As a member of the bar, she is an officer of the court, required to be truthful in all her dealings with the court. Wade swore that his claim was late because he didn't know the estate existed, which is ludicrous. His attorney knows that's not truthful, because she represented him when he was trying to get work with the estate. They're both liars.
