Michael Jackson - Jacksons' Cousin Set For $108,000 Windfall As Kids' Co-guardian

Michael Jackson's nephew is set for a $108,000 (£67,500)-a-year windfall as guardian to the King of Pop's three kids.

Jackson family matriarch Katherine Jackson has filed papers in Los Angeles stating her grandson Tj deserves $9,000 (£5,600)-per-month from her late son's estate to care for Paris, Prince Michael and Blanket.

Tj was granted joint guardianship of the kids last year (12), but initially turned down the cash, insisting it was too much.

Now Katherine claims Tj has accepted he should be paid for all the time and effort he puts in as a carer.

In the legal papers, obtained by Tmz.com, she claims her son Tito's boy spends 300 hours per month playing father figure to his cousins, helping them with their schoolwork and attending school functions, including parent-teacher conferences.

A judge now has to sign off on the deal.
