La Toya has fired off a cease-and-desist letter to "Vanity Fair," insisting that they retract the story or face legal action.

Who has the November Vanity Fair? I looked for it at my local Walgreen's-wasn't there-this month's was - wonder if it sold out? They usually have the next month weeks before it is actually due to be on the stands-is it worth picking up?
