Testimony in #MichaelJackson wrongful death trial ended Friday morning, setting stage for the closing arguments to start Tuesday.

Alan Duke this morning (9/22/13) on HLN:

He had a clip of Metzger's video depo-Metzger tried to find a sleep doctor for MJ in London to no avail. He had increased anxiety after realizing he would have to do 50 shows (GD AEG!!!) and the insomnia was amped up due to demands from AEG for the rehearsal schedule they badgered Michael to do.

The (POS) judge said: "We're in the 9th inning" (leave it to her to equate to a fun game!)

He reiterated the Tues Weds Thurs this week to be the (jury instructions) and closing arguments.

Alan Duke on HLN today:

Today (9/23/13) the jury receives jury instructions
Tuesday - Panish delivers closing for 4 hours
Weds - Putnam delivers closing for 4 hours
Thurs - Rebuttals - then the jury gets the case
