There is a book called "The Happiness Project" (available for 1/2 price - $8.50)
Many get the post holiday 'blues' or have the blues during the holidays and January is not exactly a month full of excitement at times so this book has a year's worth of pages for people to say in 1 sentence a day what they can do to improve their lot in life! It is genius as it incorporates the short term goal on a micro basis and as we all know - short term goals are much easier to attain success and they always lead us to our long term goals.
I am checking this deal out and thought to share with you guys too.

I love this idea! Lord knows this holiday season was emotionally tough on so many levels and for 2013, I made a promise I'M GONNA GET MY HAPPY BACK!! YAY!
