Michael Jackson Song a Day-Name a Fact Game

I thought it might be fun to mix it up a bit for the games threads.

This one works like this:

We all take turns naming a song. One person and 1 song at a time – and only one song per day. No new song can be named until at least 10 facts about the song of the day have been posted. There is no limit to how many facts each person posts or how many times each person posts facts. This should be fun and is not a competition. It will be interesting how many facts will be posted and how many ‘new’ facts we all learn. Any ‘verifiable’ facts can be posted. Please do not post “heresay” or fan made up wish it were true types of statements. All songs must feature MJ as the lead artist. NO other artists “covers” of MJ songs please. The songs can be from all eras and can be from the J5, The Jacksons, and Michael Jackson’s solo career. Let’s get all the standards and classics posted then we can get more in depth with unreleased (known) songs and mixes. Try to post what you already know without hunting down facts. Let everyone post theirs- then when facts that you know haven’t been listed-come back with more. Of course everyone can research, just let’s try to get as many without doing that at first, then we can dig in and post the drilled down details. Sound fun?

Ideas for facts to post:

Song released dates, how many countries song was released, how many units sold worldwide, who performed with Michael on the song, how many versions, how and where it was made, who toured with MJ when the song was performed, which tours, what years, what leg and country. You get the idea. There are many many many facts about all Michael’s songs. Let’s see how many we can name. Please continue numbering as you post a new song.
