I have been watching the LASC website/reputable news sources for anything regarding this appeal being filed. It was filed on 11/8/13. I have tweeted Alan Duke today asking him if he has heard anything newsworthy. If anyone else has news about this topic - please post (if sourced). Please do not post unsubstantiated amateur rumor from another site that has no source to verify-thanks.  Keep on eye on this thread for all LASC filings.

Yes this is where it all begins! The process will be addressing certain issues which were outstanding such as that question #2. I also cannot wait for more info!
