According to Spike Lee's '40 Acres' web admin the release date has been pushed back. The Bad 25 DVD will not be released in February 2013. Fans are asked to 'stay tuned' and check back on the site for an update. This information was obtained from an email response to a MJ fan who had sent an inquiry about the release on the 40 acres.com site. Nothing else was divulged.
Sorry for the disappointing news.

I have TII on DVD and Bluray and I was amazed at the difference! I do love my bluray player and watch most of my MJ on it

I purchased the bluray version and the payment has been deducted from my card. The email I received read that I will receive it before or on 7/2. When I ordered from the website it had the info that when the order is ready to ship my card would be billed to me from MyPlay Direct. I am expecting it in the next couple of days. Can't wait!
