Because of death threats against Michael Jackson, security was heavy for the Victory Tour concerts at Neyland Stadium on Aug. 10-12, 1984. "We've got about the same security we would have for a visit by a president," said KPD Capt. Stan Bullen. The original caption for this photo read "Two Knoxville policemen enjoy some aspects of crowd control."
