A judge has ordered an inquiry into the wellbeing of Paris Jackson according to court records and The Associated Press through Yahoo News on June 7. Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff, the judge who is overseeing Michael Jackson’s three children’s guardianship, ordered an investigator to check into Paris Jackson’s education, health and welfare and to advise whether anything needs to be changed.
This occurred one day after Jackson was rushed to the hospital by ambulance from her family’s home and admitted to the hospital. Authorities have stated that they were sent out to the home on a possible overdose report and have not released any other details of the incident.
Perry Sanders Jr., Katherine Jackson’s lawyer, stated on Friday:
"There have been communications between the court and counsel and we're completely supportive of the court's actions,"
Beckloff stated that the 15-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson is physically fine and is receiving proper medical care. On Friday, he declined to give any further comment.
Beckloff had issued a similar investigation into the wellbeing of the three children, Paris, Prince and Blanket last year after it appeared that Katherine Jackson was out of reach for several days. It was later discovered that the family matriarch had been taken by some of her children to an Arizona resort. This prompted an understanding that another guardian was to be temporarily assigned. TJ, Tito Jackson’s son, was appointed co-guardian for the children.

Los Angeles (CNN) -- The judge overseeing Michael Jackson's estate and the custody of his children ordered an investigation into Paris Jackson's apparent suicide attempt.
Paris, 15, is in a Los Angeles hospital at least until Saturday for evaluation after an incident early Wednesday in which she cut her wrist and called a suicide counseling hot line.
"We're completely supportive of the judge's action," Perry Sanders, the lawyer for Katherine Jackson, said Friday.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff signed the order Thursday instructing Probate Court Investigator Cary Ornelas "to prepare an investigation report addressing the status" of Paris Jackson and "recent media reports concerning her welfare."
Beckloff appointed Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson, to be sole guardian of Prince, Paris and Blanket soon after the singer's sudden death on June 25, 2009. Her guardianship was briefly suspended after she disappeared and was out of communication for more than a week last summer.
Michael Jackson's daughter hospitalized The children's cousin T.J. Jackson, who was appointed guardian while the family matriarch was missing, was then made a co-guardian.
In addition to the hospitalization of Paris, the probate investigator may also be checking on T.J. Jackson's participation. A media report said he no longer lives at the Jacksons' Calabasas, California, home.
"It's absolute fiction that T.J. is an absentee guardian," Sanders said. "He's always around."

Re: Paris Jackson: Judge orders investigation into her wellbeing
While reading different sources on news about Paris, I saw a report about police rushing to Katherine Jackson's Calabasas home on Thursday night regarding a call coming into the police about a gunshot having supposedly been heard. The article went on to read that it was a prank! This world is so effed up that someone would be so messed in the head to do this! God save us all.
God Bless The Jacksons!

Re: Paris Jackson: Judge orders investigation into her wellbeing
This article reveals as I knew -that Paris is on a psychiatric involuntary hold (5150) in the hospital which means she will have a hearing with the attending psychiatrist tomorrow (Sat 6/8 ) and with a judge at the hospital to decide whether or not to d/c her home. Now with this mess about TJ living 2 hours from Calabasas and KJ being so entrenched in this trial it is very possible there will be a custody decision made – it may be done before they d/c her at all. TJ may be in trouble for not telling the court about his move and he may lose his co-guardianship as well. The investigation into KJ and TJ is already ramped up as the decision to not allow Paris to attend the same school next year has already happened.

Judge orders investigation into Paris' welfare
The Paris Jackson story has taken another turn.
A probate court judge, the one who appointed her grandmother Katherine Jackson and cousin TJ Jackson as her co-guardians last summer, has ordered an investigation into Paris's suicide attempt earlier this week, according to TMZ and People.
Judge Mitchell Beckloff has instructed an investigator to "prepare a written report and include therein any recommendations relating to the minor child's health, education and welfare." Paris is 15.
Beckloff issued the order Thursday as a result of "recent media reports concerning her welfare."
Paris remains under psychiatric evaluation after cutting her wrists with a kitchen knife and swallowing up to 20 ibuprofen pills at home in Calabasas, Calif.
