Paris Jackson 'Transferred To Same Hospital Where Father Michael Passed Away' By Becca Longmire

The teen has allegedly been taken to UCLA Medical Centre
Paris Jackson was allegedly transferred to UCLA Medical Centre yesterday evening, which is the same hospital that the teen's late father Michael Jackson was taken to when he went into cardiac arrest on June 25, 2009, before later passing away.
According to TMZ, 15 year old Paris was taken to the centre last night, effectively "ending her 72-hour psychiatric hold" after she allegedly cut her forearm and was rushed to hospital early Wednesday morning.
New York Post states that Paris' suicide attempt was simply a "cry for help" and the teen is "desperate for some parenting."
“This latest episode was scary for everyone,” said a family member who was there, the site states, adding: “She’s basically kicking and screaming when the paramedics came, saying, ‘I want to live. I do. I just don’t want to live here. I wish my daddy was here.’"
While it was widely reported that Paris used a meat cleaver to cut herself and left a suicide note, a family source emphatically said there was no note and no cleaver.
“She cuts, yes, she cuts, OK. We are aware, and her problems and concerns are being addressed, but there was no meat cleaver, it was a regular . . . kitchen knife.”
The suicide attempt allegedly came after Paris was "not allowed to attend a Marilyn Manson concert," but the teen's mother Debbie Rowe is now said to be keen to step in and get Paris to come and live with her.
“Debbie would absolutely love for Paris to come live with her. Debbie loves her daughter, and would be delighted to have Paris living on her ranch,” a source told Radar Online.
“Paris could be home schooled and spend time with Debbie’s animals on her ranch. Debbie lives outside of Los Angeles, and it’s very quiet and peaceful for Paris.”
It is said Paris’ older brother Prince has distanced himself from their mother. Despite this Debbie has reportedly opened up her home to him too.
“[Prince] would of course be welcome to live with her also,” the source said.
“Even though Debbie didn’t give birth to Michael’s youngest son, Blanket, she considers him part of her family, and would take him in also. It was what Michael would have wanted Debbie to do, and she wouldn’t hesitate."
The source continued, "One of the smartest things Michael ever did was marry Debbie and have children with her. Even after his death, she has proven to be a staunch defender of Michael, and fiercely protective of the children.”

Personal note: I trained at Langley Porter Psychiatric which is at UCSF (same university system as UCLA) and also worked as an RN Case Manager (and discharge planner) at UCSF Medical Center. The CA University system of hospitals is among the top in the world as well as are all the specialists and MD’s – it is a teaching hospital and the entire state is all synced together for treatment innovations and world class top outcomes. Paris is right where she should be right now until the custody situation is decided and she is stable enough to be d/c’d.

I decided to send a Get Well Paris card from all MJLIM members. (I am mailing it to her to UCLA in care of Katherine Jackson's name added to the address). That way KJ can screen it first to make sure it is what it is, a loving Best Wishes from all of us. I will use my name with my "RN" title on the return address so it will be taken more seriously. I am sure she is receiving many letters and cards so we may never know for sure if she actually does receive it personally but I am sure they will all be gathered together to give to her eventually. That is all that really counts, that she knows we support and love her.

"I wish my daddy was here." To hear that she was crying this out as she was kicking and screaming that she wanted to live brought instant tears. I hurt so much for her. What a brave face she put on to hide her still constant devastation over Michael's death. I'm glad that she's at UCLA and will have the best psychiatric care available.
