According to an article just posted Paris is going to Diamond Ranch Academy in Hurricane, Utah (opened 1999) when she is released from UCLA.  It a residential treatment facility for youth/teens that specializes in grief therapy.

Sure. I've seen it today on several sites (Yahoo & Google alerts) but will post one of the links. I fear for her. There is so much ugliness out there especially right now. I Googled the Academy to see who they were.

Diamond Ranch Academy is a punishment center for teens. There is no therapy there and the level of education is low. The Jacksons would be crazy to send Paris to this place. You can read all about it online. A student died there from their abusive practices. They do NOT specialize in treating grief-stricken kids. They specialize in physical and emotional abuse.

The Diamond Ranch Academy is a residential treatment center and therapeutic boarding school in Hurricane, Utah. It serves adolescents with various issues, including ADHD predominantly inattentive,[1] using what they call the "Real Life Transition Program", which includes a peer participant judicial system which uses misdemeanors, felonies, citations and fines[2] with an emphasis on the participants solving real life problems. It enrolls young people between 12 and 18 years of age.

Diamond Ranch Academy was founded in Boise, Idaho, in 1999 by Rob and Sherri Dias and later moved to southern Utah, where it occupies a 200-acre ranch.[3][4][5] Enrollees aged 12 to 17 are housed in age- and gender-specific groups on four separate areas of a 200-acre ranch.[3][4][5] Students who have reached the age of 18 before completing the program are housed in a fifth area.[5]

The academy's motto is "Healing Families One Youth at a Time." Its education programs are accredited by the Northwest Accreditation Commission, and its courses generally last between eight and twelve months. Activities include various sports, including interscholastic competition, as well as caring for farm animals.[5] Allegations of unethical treatment of program participants, including medical neglect and sexual abuse, somewhat tarry the academy's reputation, as detailed on a number of websites. [6] The long-lasting impact of Diamond Ranch Academy’s program ranges from students who say the program helped them get off of drugs, to many who report long-lasting negative effects, including panic attacks, post-traumatic stress syndrome, nightmares, flashbacks, trust issues, and diminished self-esteem.

No matter what one believes about this facility, I'm sure the UCLA doctors, therapists, KJ, TJ et al will thoroughly check out wherever Paris goes before they make their decision.  No one is going to take this lightly.  Her life and her mental health are at stake.

I'm having difficulty posting. I hope this goes through. There is a wealth of info about Diamond Academy Ranch easily accessed online, and most of it is negative. Here's a link to a website for survivors, with a specific article about Paris. Only a sadist would send this child to such a place.
