I agree 100% with both of you. I really liked Kenny before but he really effed up and definitely did not do all he could've done.

I have not been following this trial that closely I admit that, but while  listening to the radio this morning - the "entertainment report" played the testimony of the DR (sorry don't know his name) saying they tried to give MJ demerol shot (during Dangerous tour)  in his posterior and it was so calloused  bla bla bla that the needle almost broke. WTF! What the heck was that statement about?? It was such an inappropriate statement and I find unbelievable. I guess the point  this DR tried to make was MJ was a drugged out looser.  I'm no DR and I don't pretend to be one like Murray, but Demerol is a pain killer. Michael needed a shot because he was in pain (duh) as opposed to needing a shot of Demerol so he could have a recreational high. We know how Michael gave his entire body, mind and and soul to his performances - of course he suffered physically - the man used his body to the extreme - he couldn't help it- that's who Michael was as a performer 100% or nothing. It had to take a toll on his body for sure.  Michael was in pain (most of his life) and I'm sure needed medication to ease the pain not to "get high".  These people will say anything to crucify Michael .  Michael suffered so much poor man. First I don't care if the DR was on the stand and took an oath I don't believe the guy - Do people lie on the stand -yep. During the playback the  guy chuckled when said Michael's (very cute-imo) behind had so many needle marks and was calloused the needle almost broke - boy did that piss me off. This Dr is a real turd-ball. Michael is not here to defend himself (thank you Murray and AEG and all the rest of you cretins) so it's been a real free-for-all against his character.
I strongly believe that Michael was systematically poisoned by AEG and Murray.  The level of disdain that AEG showed Michael boggles my mind -and I don't get boggled very easily. I cannot wait for this madness to be done with, I pray Mrs. Jackson and Michael's children get whatever they want - I hope AEG looses credibility among the industry and dissapears. Unfortunately the trial is running longer than predicted ugh more ugly will come out for sure. Yesterday,  I came across Prince's testimony on Youtube and it broke my heart. Prince did say their father's death hit Paris the hardest, ugh.. the pain of it all, senseless. They don't celebrate birthdays because they did that with their father..wow, I never knew broke my heart. God Bless Katherine Jackson and Prince, Paris and Blanket.

I am also disappointed in KO. I'm disapppointed in many of Michael's so called "friends". And Kai Chase really surprised me in a very negative way??

Didn't the dr say that he thought michael was dependant on drugs, not addicted. Or maybe that was another dr, I'm not sure

@jw: I agree - more than 1 MD has said MJ was "dependant" and NOT addicted - to opioids

The difference being -
addict: seeks drugs to get high
dependant: needs meds to treat pain - also usually requires a larger dosage to treat the same level of pain due to increased tolerance -

I want to thank Admin and MJ Mod again for the testimony they are posting from this trial. There is just no other way to know the whole truth about what is really happening and if they seal the records like there is already 2 hearing dates to do at the end of this month and in mid August), the public never will know the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. (If these witnesses are actually telling the truth that is)! I know RP and PG are not!

I wanted to express my concern about something that's been troubling me today. Debbie Rowe seems like she's going to testify against the Jackson's favor, and it seems like it will make the jury lean more towards AEG's side.

IMO, I'm not so sure yet that D Rowe will testify in AEG's favor. The media likes to spin things around so bad as we all know, I strongly believe that Rowe has always been and always will be on the side of Michael and the MJ3. We won't know what she has to say until she's on the stand, but even if what she says reflects well on AEG's side, I doubt that it will change the jurors minds that drastically as to them deciding not to award the Jacksons in this case.

It's sad what DR is sharing in her testimony.

D Rowe has testified to doing certain things as an assistant that is not legal tbh. She admitted that she was not a nurse but Klein referred to the unlicensed help he had as nurses.

She is throwing Hoefflin MD under the bus much more than Klein. (Everybody says all this ish about Klein and it is NOT true). The only thing DR said was "he was a legend (Klein) in his own mind" referring to that because he had a lot of high profile patients. That does not make Klein a bad doc. She said Klein would have MJ awake w/i 1 hour after procedures when the other doc (Hoefflin) had him under for many more hours than necessary for the procedures he was having. The ABC tweets are starting again so I will continue to post. There are already over 60 tweets posted in the ABC7 tweets for today.

Tough day for us (and DR). Hang in there Debbie. One more day and tomorrow will be better as AEG will wind up on direct and Panish will take over on cross.

Finally! The lazy judge is actually changing courtrooms for the verdict - she picked the smallest room to have this trial to allow the fewest people inside. She is such a jerk! Watch her allow cameras for the verdict just to make herself look all good -nope! I would like cams for the verdict but she would only be doing it for selfish reasons so I could care less at this point. We have had to deal with this idiot for a judge this long-might as well depend on the news tweets and reputable news stories to give us the verdict too.

They had some people on HLN after dark that basically blamed Michael and said he was an addict.  can't stand that! They also had Tom Mesereau on there too it was great to see him, but they didn't have him on long.

I almost forget that California is in pacific time. I'm in eastern time and it's almost 7 p.m. for me, but for them it's nearly 4 p.m. I doubt they will come to an agreement today, though.

So Tuesday it is... I might think about the trial outcome way too much over the weekend. It's hard not to mull over this stuff. At least it'll give me time to catch up with watching the closing statements.
