Age is nothing, I'm 53 next month and Michael's new album will be in the shops a little before my b'day (guess that's good enough lol) I think hubby will buy me it as a prezzie   

You youngster on here make us feel youthful again    Isn't that right ploppy? Dear Michael would have been 55... and coming up 56 this year. There's a lot of goodness in Olive oil. Can you have that ploppy? It's good for the skin and feeds it from the inside out. I use it on almost every savoury meal. You're doing the right thing drinking the good old H2O too.

Oh ladies you are making me sob up. From what I know the only similarity between PF and CF and COPD is that the immune systems are compromised and mine is helped quite a bit with (narcotics) for the pain. PF is a side effect of Rheumatoid Arthritis which I had in every joint for 30 years then when I turned 60 surprise my present was PF. I was bad and did try suicide and the psychiatrist at the hospital had absolutely no sense of humor when I told him that I had told my friends that if I did live to be 90 they were to shoot me because I didn't want to see what the good Lord was sending me since I got those other 2 yukkies every 30 years. The jerk didn't even crack a smile he just said oh, so you do want to die! Honest story. But I'm in a very happy place especially with my MJ fanmily so I'm staying around plus I was finally able to find a new family doctor who does prescribe narcotics and he immediately saw the kind of pain I should be suffering. He's really cool, I had to sign a contract saying that I wouldn't sell the drugs and I wouldn't abuse them, and some other things that I don't remember. But the one thing with the "med" is that I have to come into his office every 2 months to get refills (he made mine 3 months because of my mobility) and he can ask for a urine sample at any time to make sure you are not using other drugs or over drinking. Also you can only go to one specific Walk In Clinic that he has named so you can't go to numerous ones and get all kinds of meds. I feel very safe with him as none of my other doctors and even the specialists bothered to keep a close look at my medicine list...they would just keep adding new drugs and not taking any off.

Anyway I am doing much better and I had my last visit with a nutritionist yesterday and I gained another 5 lbs (in 3 weeks) so I am now 103.5 lbs from 93lb about 6 months ago. I'm trying to get to 113 lbs and yes, I would take any of yours if I could    I don't have any family but I did have one brother and a mom and dad. I have a lot of good friends in the Co-op where I live...sort of like an apartment building only we have a board of directors and "we" run the building with the help of a co-ordinator. We volunteer for all different kinds of projects that need doing, like putting the garbage bins out twice a week and the recyclables, snow shoveling of sidewalks, vacuuming of each floor, my building has 6 floors and a different person vacuums each week. Since I can't do manual labour I print up fancy cute flyers advertising special events that are going to be happening in the building.

OK back to our beloved Michael. I'd love to have him cleaning my place. I remember from the book Frank Cascio that when MJ would stop by the Cascio's he'd love to help Mrs. Cascio to the house cleaning just like they did at home when he was a kid. What a hoot eh?

ijcsluMJ I can hardly wait for you to read that book "My Friend Michael" by Frank Cascio...it has so many funny parts and heart wrenching stories too.

I think I'm on my 4th read of Franks book lol. it's one of those books that you can never get fed up with because it takes you on a journey that feels so real. It's just as if you are there with them. Is it the same thing with you ploppy? Yes, IJCSLuMJ you must get this book   you'll really enjoy it, we promise you will.

About this cleaning, lol! I heard that when Michael had Bubbles he used to follow Michael around his ranch with a duster and polish emulating Michael's movements (polishing). I bet that looked hilarious. A cleaning monkey LOL. Looking the part too in his little denim bib & braces.

MjjPureSoul I knew you would love the book. I've read it about 5 times already and I find something new each time. Can you imagine being on that trip to Ireland and the 2 of them out by the wrong lake looking for Nessie! And the butler - could that really be real? We certainly have no reason not to believe Frank! Imagine being Mrs. Cascio and having MJ doing your house cleaning because he loved doing it and playing the music so loud. I may have to have another read of that book starting this weekend. Because I don't have to go to work I can do a lot of reading and thankfully I love reading. And MJ certainly was a snoop wasn't he. I've read that in quite a few books on him. He loved going through your drawers and closets...nothing was safe from MJ's prying eyes or should I say snoopy nose! I don't know about you ladies but I just get so warm and fuzzy thinking about him even though I didn't know him personally. I've been lucky to have read a few good books about him and I've been stung with some pretty bad ones. I should make a list and share with you.

I feel the same way Ploppy, sometimes I feel a sense of closeness when I think about him and the funny things he did like beinh nosey. So cute. I guess we all get nosey sometimes LOL oh Michael I love you so much! I'll go post a pic

I had to pin mine onto the wall because it uses up a lot of floor space particularly in a corner. It looks ok actually on the wall. Mine cost £29.00. Not quite sure the equivalent in dollars?

Wow those standees are quite the thing. I'd like one but I live alone and am not very strong to get it up on a wall. How do you attach it to the wall? Nails or tacks or what? That would depend with the apartment board of directors. Crap!

Woo PureSoul I love those! Ploppy most of them come with something to make it free standing and takes only seconds to assemble, and a nail or tack would probably hold it on the wall if you mount it.
guys I heard some news on Xscape, ther will be a short film on the deluxe edition and a making of Xscape documentary!! And Love Never Felt So Goodis a single being released within the next 48 hours I think!

LOL! PLoppy. I'm nearly finished on Jermain's book so as soon as I finish that I'll be reading Franks again. It's so entertaining   Isn't it hilarious knowing how snoopy Michael was, indeed!. I recall when he actually asked a fan once if he could look to see what she had inside her handbag   I think her reaction was something along the lines of 'Er.. if you wish. I got the impression she was a tad embarrassed as she had some personal items such as tampons and intimate cleansing wipes      including make-up etc lol. Make up no problem, but the others... ooh dear.   

Oops. Our posts are crossing ladies. Yes a small tack or nail holds up the standee because luckily the card is very lightweight. Don't worry too much about the wall I don't think it will harm it. I'm in rented property I say sod the landlord on this occasion lol. As long as the wall isn't caved in or collapsed I think they are fine with it.

I hope it's not something made up...I only knew about what I read about him going through people's drawers and closets...even Diana Ross' wardrobe when on the road. I think it was Jermaine who caught him coming out of Diana's dressing room! You all probably know this story. When he was figuring out what he was going to wear on the Motown show and do Billie Jean for the first time...he went through his Mother's closet and found a jacket just like the one that he wears all the time now.

I wish I could remember where I read it about the fan's handbag incident. Dear me. I thought it was hilarious. Michael was so curious though wasn't he, always wanted to find out what people's possessions included. I also read in one of the books where he once 'ear wigged' through a door listening to a conversation (can't remember who it was)     and they were speaking about him. Apparantly Michael took it the wrong way, didn't like what they had said, so he packed his bags and left the house. I think he was staying at someone's place who he knew through the business lol.

Yep I heard that one too but can't remember who was involved...possibly the Emirs from Bahrain...not sure though.
